Christmas Office Closure
The RVNG office will be closed for holidays starting December 23rd. We will reopen on December 30th. Have a wonderful Christmas!
Snow Blower
The snow blower will be out on Wednesday the 20th around 7:30am, please give the equipment the right of way.
Office Closure
The Village office will be closed on November 13, 2024 for the Tuxford Election. Sorry for any inconvenience. We will reopen on Thursday November 14, 2024 at 9:00am.
Tax Notice Reminders
Tax notice reminders have been mailed out. It is to your advantage to see these taxes paid by December 31, 2024, to avoid a penalty of 1.5% per month which is added starting January 1, 2025. Please make sure the office has your correct mailing address.
Office Closed
The office will be closed on November 7th, 2024 from 9:00am to 1:30pm for the advance polls in the Village of Tuxford.
Highway Sign
We have received a number of phone calls regarding the removal of the Buffalo Vista directional sign from the access into our Village on Highway #2. It was originally reported as being removed illegally. However, after a formal inquiry with the Ministry of Highways, it has been confirmed that the sign in question was not a permitted and authorized sign and was removed by Ministry Staff.
Barney's Beach Clean Up
Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time to clean up the weeds at Barney’s Beach. It looks wonderful! Thank you to the Deyo’s, the Hunchuck’s and the Recreation Committee.
Public Notice
The regular meeting of Council on November 13, 2024 has been moved to November 19, 2024 at 9:00am at the Regional Municipal Plaza.
Personal property being stored on Village property
The Resort Village of North Grove has observed personal property being stored on Village property in various locations. We would like to have these areas cleaned up. Kindly return all your items to your own property for storage as the Village will be addressing this issue moving forward.
Barney's Beach Clean Up
The Recreation Committee will be at Barney’s Beach on October 10th at 1:00 pm to clean up the weeds. If anyone is willing to volunteer their time, please come down. All help is appreciated. Thank you from the North Grove Recreation Committee.
Road Work
The RVNG will be doing some chip sealing on September 25th and 26th. It will be in sections along Daniel Drive and the last 1.5km of Daniel Drive. Please watch for workers and drive slow.
