The Resort Village of North Grove is in the final stages of awarding the contract to conduct a Traffic Impact Assessment for Daniel Drive. The successful contractor will conduct this study over the next few weeks in accordance with the conditions set out by Community Planning, Ministry of Government Relations. To guide Council in the process we have contracted an independent Community Planner to ensure that all options available to the Village are identified and considered.
As the proposed subdivision is in the jurisdiction of the RM of Dufferin, they are responsible to oversee the enforcement of the orders put in place to “not undertake any construction or site preparation work”.
